In your cPanel account, go to the 'E-mail' section and click on 'Email account' :

Then click on the tab: 'Add an email account', then follow the steps :

NB: You will receive by default the configuration parameters for your mail programs, otherwise you can find them by the tab shown above : 'Email accounts', then click on 'Connected devices' of the desired email account...
