I discovered Yoorshop through the forum prestashop after a call (on a toll free number from a box !!) to reassure me on how to migrate site, I jumped on it! My only regret is not having discovered this host earlier! A single intelocuteur who knows you, for patience in all tests (and it takes saw my ignorance on the subject), an incredible responsiveness, always present in case of trouble, even on Sundays and late in the evening! ! My site no longer oar, pages load in 1s, and in integrating new product registration is immediate! In summary, dark eyes closed, the largest web host are far from the best!

It had been several weeks that I was looking for a new home for my online store. I had made an offer for one year in pro 1and1, my site often crashed, not to mention the errors generated on the database. After hesitating between a shared server, dedicated or virtualized I was a bit lost with all opinions found on the internet. The truth is that we can not realize if a web host is as long as we did not try. Personally, I did not want to juggle until you find the one that suits me so I keep snooping, then I keep three reputable hosting including a minimum: Yoorshop. One of them did not even respond to my emails I sent from their personal pages. While in Yoorshop I had a very kind person and via Skype who knows well his job. First the good thing is that they are in France, then come the options as intuitive Cpanel or modified .htaccess that I did not have with my old host. Then to top it off they have a hotline which almost always running. They helped me to do my migration even July 14th !! unheard of... Performance is the day and night with my old host, price more that honorable. Is what I will recommend to my surroundings? YES without hesitation! What I like in addition to performance is the easy contact with their support. It does not feel alone when you need to do some issues and that's great.

Online.net I was at the beginning it was not too satisfactory but worries for 2 years my website jumped regularly, I decided to change provider after several contacts, I take yoorshop with the transfer site. Very positive result. Johann is listening, real-time rule worries, it changes compared to other hosts. I fear for change provider yoorshop but this was rectified very easily with a custom monitoring. This reminds me of the big names that do not always meet our needs while small structure as yoorshop are much more available and responsive. My website is under prestashop.

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);
- highly qualified personnel who know what they are talking about;
- customer support available, ultra-responsive and able to respond and solve a problem in record time. Support tickets are answered almost instantly.

After going through other providers, I can say that it's night and day.

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
