We were looking for a fast and reliable hosting for our Prestashop online sales site Scrapbooking shop. We did not know Yoorshop. After testing other hosts, we were pleasantly surprised by the availability and responsiveness of customer service. We were advised in optimizing the site so that it is faster. We do not regret our choice.

After a difficult start because it's true of my site which was "a mess", just roll it right now. The site is fast and if ever there is a problem, we can ask a question or ask for advice and customer service are generally obtained a fairly quick response. So I can only advise Yoorshop to host your site. And I forgot what I like particularly is that the service is French so it is much easier to communicate! Before, I was at Hostgator and it would sometimes take one day to get an answer to the most often off the mark. In short, Yoorshop is more than good!

When our site went down yesterday, we sent an email to yoorshop, who replied to us straight away. They checked where it was a server issue (it was not) and then identified and solved the problem on our site (one of our plugins was not working properly) for us - even though as hosting company checking our plugins is not part of their job or responsibilities. Great Service, thanks!

Earlier at 1and1 with a dedicated server. I turned to Yoorshop on the basis for testing. I have been stuck about the speed of my sites and confirmed with Google Insights PageSpeed, my sites went from 50/100 to 75/100 more ... Very responsive customer service, always with a view of improvement. Although migration was long (about ten sites), I do not regret my choice.

If like me, you have not been happy with your old web host, do not hesitate to contact Johann ... I just have thirty sites hosted by Yoorshop and since I'm home, I don 'have only praise for them! Speed of response if problem, but especially when no one is home draw with all these technical terms, you have the phone ... Johann reassures you and explain why and how ... Unique! Elsewhere be completed and trouble tickets are answered you three days ... the answer is not exactly what you expected? Start Over! Sincerely, do not go looking elsewhere ... Johann, it's heavy! Solid! Yoorshop is not a web host like another ... Yoorshop is primarily a French hosting, based in France! It is also a great guy who at the relational level is to know! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hello, I have had a few problems transferring my local site to YOORSHOP but the responsiveness and involvement of service in managing the problem did all this very well and therefore resolved quickly. The site is in maintenance because not finished but has fast air. Given the short time I have been with them for the time everything goes fine. I will not fail to inform you of my future experience.

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
