Really on top. I do not know much computer and fortunately the SAV YoorShop is the hyper fast and above reached at tel with a call without extra cost. Their service works good technically (which is not bad). Customer service a little rough, if you are not familiar enough with the IT environment of an installation of a site. But they react quickly, professionally and they can also help in some small things that are not strictly within their area of responsibility. Overall a good performance.

For me, who am not a computer scientist, and I had to phone and email the help I needed. I emigrated from OVH to Yoorshop, first for their price then for the IP address and finally because in case of need the phone call is the normal price. They are also cheaper. Many criteria that made me choose it. Once used to their Cpanel, it is a real pleasure, everything is clear..

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);
- highly qualified personnel who know what they are talking about;

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
