I was a customer for over 10 years with a competitor and at their poor and slow service, I decided to change it. Now I thank them because it allowed me to get to know YoorShop where high quality standards are met at all points of view. Excellent service (for my arrival, I have been very well advised). Everything works perfectly, the servers are fast, the settings are very easy and intuitive. My sites work much better. In conclusion: With my hosting plan Gold, I can say that the price / quality ratio is excellent. It would just YoorShop is moving a little closer to the Registrar, which would have domain names and hosting at the same place and have the same time, prices of most competitive fields.

Very satisfied with the quality of service. So I was at before with Soyoustart, I do not pay more, by cons I have a real service and responsiveness whenever I ask customer service. Previously emails I sent to my clients came systematically in box SPAM, today, my clients receive my mail without worries. My website is fast and the transfer went very well, my clients have not had any problems to find us, to reconnect .... whereas there was when I had been migrating on Soyoustart

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);
- highly qualified personnel who know what they are talking about;
- customer support available, ultra-responsive and able to respond and solve a problem in record time. Support tickets are answered almost instantly.

After going through other providers, I can say that it's night and day.

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
