Our desperate case with the migration of our hacked website, and offline, we were quicked out by old host, website had to be rebuild nearly with 48000 links to update. This was solved brilliantly by the YOORshop team and Johann in particular in less than 48 hours... I advise them without hesitation ....

I went home yoorshop following to multiple problems with my old hoster : Slow website, often down or saying that exceeds the authorized scripts memory limit, etc ...... The old hoster has not been able to me find a solution, even paying a little more expensive. I tested yoorshop and I was hooked on, has adapted to my needs, now the site is faster, no problem script (as by chance). Quick service (which is rare), and not robotic for "save time". I do not regret.

Hello, I had to come and talk about my new host as it is deserved. I was looking for a long time a web host with a soul, a host with a human dimension. I was looking for an accommodation because the one I had gave me satisfaction level of access speed, but repeatedly impossibilities to access my site and FTP forced me to contact customer support (by email only). Late responses that they gave me did not convince me and disappointed. I wanted to find a quick and efficient support. After hosting several trials, I was not completely satisfied and continued my search. On a forum, I've heard of Yoorshop (Trial possibility with refund if not satisfied). I thought why not try. Receptions identifiers and access to the server, set up the site. The speed satisfactory access and especially proactive support to contact you to see if you need help, advises you on which settings to use, which regularly informs you of new releases and even advice on the best way to optimize your site. In short, I now have a website that turns perfectly faster than before and support that I can contact by mail with a very quick response and in cases of emergency, a contactable phone support, and here it is bonus!

My site came back to life since I saw at YOORshop my ZenCart migration went well thanks to their PHP version selector. (old version with PHP 5.2, and a catalog of 4,500 items anyway!) I have been able to rely on customer service that helped us make this delicate transfer. Result: our site loaded in 6 seconds, now it is 1.7 seconds ! I highly recommend because a host like this is unheard of after all our troubles ...

Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
