I am totally novice, I could not set correctly to display my website... So I write to technical support, I click ... and the answer mail arrived within three seconds !! After trying several shared hosting, vps and dedicated, I tested a little-known hosting and what to say ?say ... A site that reached the highest TTFB scores ever made, easy configuration and comprehensive panel to refine the settings for the pickiest. I was hesitating because host is not known yet, and I contacted their customer service to know and directly advised me on the best offer. Prices are magical ... my hosting budget is seen divided by 2 for a single site and with better performance ! And I intend to migrate my other sites here tomorrow ! Sincerely, don't hesitate

For now, I am more than satisfied with customer service.... even beyond my expectations. The problems I encounter are not related to Yoorshop : I had elsewhere, and yoorshop brought me up the proofs. Customer for several years at Yoorshop, I am always impressed by the quality of the service:
- incredible intrinsic performance, my sites load at an incredible speed (compared to competing offers);

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
