My opinion : I wanted to wait a bit before posting my opinion but the customer service is so good that I can not help but do it now. It was mainly the responsiveness and the high level of competence that made me want to express my opinion. From Planet hoster to Yoorshop: I went from planet hoster (to whom I do not blame a lot) to Yoorshop reading recommendations on some prestashop blogs. The migration was completely transparent to me, Yoorshop took care of everything and nothing that that is a real advantage. Performance: I noticed a not insignificant gain of performance on my site, having gone to the level of the TTFB of 256 ms in time of loading of the home page to 76ms and all that with resources less than what I had in planet hoster (memory-cpu), I think the way servers are configured there is for many as well as the technology used. To test my site in real conditions I use ping dom tools and also a tool that allows to see the TTFB: http://speed.devs.mx/ Conclusion: I am very satisfied with this change of host and I highly recommend Yoorshop to everyone, icing on the cake they are in France ...!

I had a Prestashop e-commerce site with a well-established French host. Following problems of slowness that I have not managed to resolve with the technical service even after several upgrades of the hosting solution.

I transferred this site to YoorShop and I absolutely do not regret it:

1 - access time
- access to the Prestashop BackOffice is faster and I no longer encounter any time out errors. Yet the application is strictly the same
- the site is 2 times faster
compared to my old host, for the same cost

2 - technical support
the support responds very quickly to technical questions with clear and relevant explanations and a solution every time.

So I started transferring all my other domains to YoorShop.

I can only recommend this host.
